There will be a cancellation fee of 25% for any no-shows or last minute cancellations. Please make sure you are in communication with me if there is an emergency and you need to reschedule. If you are more than 15 mins late with out notice you may need to reschedule. 25-30 mins late without notice will result in an automatic cancellation. Please understand, as a private nail tech my time and yours are very valuable and so are my other clients time. I ask that if there are any possibilities of you being late or not being able to come contact me at least 4 hours before your appointment. That way your time block can be freed up for the next client and you can reschedule to a time that best fit.
